PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Keyworx Autokeys require payment to be made upon completion of any and all work carried out, by using our services you accept this agreement. Where parts are to be ordered prior to attending a job, a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to be paid by the customer before any parts are ordered by Keyworx Autokeys. In regard to automotive key and immobiliser codes these must be paid for upfront by the customer before these are ordered by Keyworx Autokeys these codes are non refundable once the order has been placed. Keyworx Autokeys may charge a non refundable deposit booking fee or call out fee before offering any of its services, this is at Keyworx autokeys complete discretion. 

WARRANTY

Keyworx Autokeys offers a comprehensive 3 month warranty on all car keys that are supplied and programmed by ourselves, this does not include keys or remotes supplied by customers.Keyworx Autokeys accepts no responsibility  for damage caused to a vehicle or its electrical systems when cutting or programming a key or remote not supplied by ourselves.  

Keyworx Autokeys offers a 12 month comprehensive warranty on all domestic and commercial parts supplied and installed by Keyworx Autokeys.

Keyworx Autokeys offers no warranty on parts supplied by the customer or any parts not supplied by Keyworx Autokeys. Keyworx Autokeys accepts no liability for damage caused by the use of parts or materials not supplied by Keyworx Autokeys.

LATE PAYMENT FEES / OVERDUE BALANCE SETTLEMENT

 Late payment fees are applied after 24 hours of none payment. If you agree to our service via any communication in person, on the phone, via text or email or within any social site or format you agree to our terms and conditions and pricing policy. You agree that if you fail to pay Keyworx Autokeys by the date set in any invoice or format then we will add a late fee payment to your bill of £25.00 to a maximum of £50.00 per day until the balance is met. You also agree that you will pay any retrieval costs or detrimental costs for ourselves to use bailiffs and court costs. We can also charge rental for our hardware while in use at £100.00 per day. Alternative payment methods must be discussed on the day before signing any paperwork or electronic signatures are applied to any document, failure to do so will result in a late fee being applied to each bill along with a £12 admin fee.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION FEES

Keyworx Autokeys reserves the right to charge the full quoted fee of the job should a customer decide to cancel their appointment once the locksmith has been dispatched to the customers location. This must be paid by the customer at the time of cancellation. If this charge is not paid in full at the time of cancellation the debt will be passed to a debt collection agency to recover the debt.
